Default Marsh Boat

My buddy is in the market for an 18' marsh/fishing boat. It will be powered with a 23 hp go devil...

What kind would you recommend??? Wide, light, heavy duty etc.

were not jumpin stumps here...strictly marsh...

get a 18x42 with a 35hp prodrive. Bad to the bone. If you could run a outboard 40 merc

i have a 25 hp long tail on a 14 x 36 its alright but would run better on a bigger boat 16 or 17 foot at least 48 wide would do better.
