12 years ago I was 190lb (6'2"), 34" waist, benched 255lb, under 6% body fat, 12-pack abs, pro athlete. Today? Well, not so much.

We've got 4 people in the group now and 5 invitations outstanding. Who else wants in?

If you still haven't received either a group invitation or a buddy request from me, send me one. Click on Buddy Request, then Invite Friends, select the option to manually enter an email address, enter shadmanj@gmail.com , click OK, then OK again. When I get it, you'll be on my buddy list, then I can send you a group invitation. Anyone who signs up from this point forward can just follow these instructions and it'll probably make things easier. I think their invite system is a bit jacked up.

Looks like everyone in the group is on track right now with Opinions_Vary leading the pack.

You did better than me... The guys at the office had the bright idea of going to Thai Cuisine for lunch . I did somewhat control myself though, usually I get 2 big plates but this time I got 1 plate.

i wouldn't consider those two meals failure. i think in order to make this lifestyle change you have to do it in steps. If you deprive yourself of all things tasty you will just end of up truly failing in the future. I would just take this slight slip and use it to your advantage. Exercise more this afternoon and make up for it.

I've eaten a Chick-Fil-A chargrilled chicken garden salad for lunch every day this week, and will continue to do so for the entire 2-week induction phase of the diet. Tastes decent...it's no steak, but steak and beer got me where I am now.

We have 6 people in the group now. Anyone else want to join?

Weigh-in is tomorrow. How's everyone doing on their diets? I think I'm going to be down 10lb in the first week when I weigh in tomorrow... Positive thinking is half the battle, right?
