Default Big Buck

This may make a few of yall sick but I shot this deer while squirrel hunting near Dequincy. It was chasing 5 does and being followed by a small buck. They came within 15-20yds of me, made me crap my pants. Barely had time to swap out my #6 shot for buckshot. Thought many of you guys could really appreciate a 10pt buck of a lifetime. I don't post much so I hope yall can see the pics.

@ SaltyShaw , I haven't deer hunted much but I have seen more deer while squirrel hunting than I have from a stand. Don't know why maybe dumb luck.

COOL!!! I plan on sneaking out of the shop early today and doing a little tree rat hunting myself. Maybe I'll have your luck too!

I am planning on going in the morning. Now I'm not sure if should just go for tree rats instead. May have to pull an iron man and have my .357 on my side just in case.

Nice buck! Bout 5 years ago I was hunting a flooded timber hole. Doe comes out and right behind her a nice 9 point comes out. All we had was steel shot and we unloaded on him at about 40 yards. Didn't get him. Bout 2 weeks later my buddy hunting deer stand right by hole and shoots him. It had a pellet wound on its nose.
