Default Venice

Going to Venice this Thursday. Have a Tuna trip scheduled for Friday but will be fishing out of my boat the rest of the time. Anybody have any advice/been recently? Will be trying to target Specks but will go after whatever is biting. Thanks.

fished friday in the east wind, tough trip with motor trouble (water circulation clogged - learned a new trick: bring 3ft of 100# line to clear it out) and getting stuck.
Everybody seemed to be catching reds as i didnt see one speck being cleaned.
We went down south pass into port eads, then west just inside beaches and others were catching some reds (we were fooling with motor).
Then went into garden island bay and north into cut, hit a few cuts off dennis pass and cheniere pass (just before it hits pass a loutre) and a few reds in there.

Winds may be different and allow other areas to be fishable, but i knw very little about venice and am just glad to get back to BL where i am not lost and stuck half the time
