Default August 3-4 overnight tuna trip in Venice

Booked an overnighter with paradise outfitters with capt scott Leger and tore em up. Had 14 yellows and 8 blacks. Weather got bad and ran us off at daylight but left them biting. He knew how to put us on the fish that's for sure

Well the thing is that you gotta eat the heart of the first yellowfin you catch or at least attemp to. I took a bite of it and chewed it a little bit then spit it out. Right after that I took a pic with the fish. Wasn't worried about the blood on my lip haha

Haha that ain't nothing to complain about. It was all fun and games though, we had a few people on the boat that had to do it also and is was definatly an experience and gave us something to laugh about. I'd rather eat sushi than tuna heart without a doubt!
