Default cornbread pancakes/pig&beans

saw these on DDD and wanted to try em. made a regular cornbread batter and cooked in skillet like pancakes. they're great!
plugged a wild pig rump with garlic, put a rub on it and browned in a skillet, then into a pot with a stick of butter and a can of beer. cut some onion, celery and peppers to go with it. covered and cook till it pulled apart with a fork.
beans were pinto with garlic onion, pepper and garlic sauteed in bacon grease. i cut some bacon into 1" pcs and cooked for the grease.

Wow! That's the best looking grub I've seen here in quite a while. Nice job.
