Default 25hp Yamaha 3 cylinder

I am looking for a 25hp 3 cylinder Yamaha in good shape that is short shaft if you have one or know where one might be the help would be appreciated.

I love working on them. I can make them sing to the tune of about 45hp and not affect the longevity. Last one I tickled is running a 1550 Edge boat, one battery, turning a 15 pitch PowerTech prop 6400 rpm. Clipping long nicely, round about 45 mph+.

I sold one of these motors on Craigslist last yr in 30 min for more then I paid for it 10yrs ago new..... hot motors if you need a 25hp

Same here running 25 suzuki have 2 of them great motors also still looking for the right deal on a 25 yamaha though
