Default 12-1-16 we all want trout!

This year I started spending a little extra time while cleaning fish by taking both side skins off after filet feeding all the little pieces to the seagulls. Well no seagull's today but made some pelican friends. At first was hard to take pic and feed them at same time but started to get the hang of it on last five fish or so. Here are a few pics that did come out.

You have to "secure" your filets or they will be gone.

I don't understand why people feed wild animals. This only hurts the animals by cutting out their natural predatory instincts and make then annoy other fishermen when not you not around

This is actually True because once winter comes around a lot of these pelicans have come so dependent on fish they will die

We DO NOT feed Pelicans at Heberts marina because they will hang around and become dependent on us for food...

Same thing happens at Joseph's Harbor with the gators at the weirs. Peeps feed them and so they lose their fear of man and keep getting closer and closer until, one day, I fear a child will be attacked.
