Default Marsh bassin

Fished out of Hopedale Monday. Tide was low and had already ran out by the time I got on the water. Fished some really shallow grass and found some bait moving once the sun came out. Bass bite was crazy all morning and redfish turned on around noon. All fish caught on a spoon. Got limits of reds and bass then released at least that many.

Default round 2

Going back in the morning if all goes well at work tonight. Hopefully the water will clear after the rain stops.

Default Fished Shell Beach today

Went down the road to Shell Beach this morning. Fog was really thick and decided to make the 7 minute paddle across the MRGO and get into the shallow marsh where boats can't get to. Stayed overcast, foggy and cool all morning. Water was very clear despite the rains the night before. Bass bite was really good all morning but redfish never really turned on. A couple of trout showed up too. Probably caught 30+ bass.
