Default Biggest Buck

Got myself a public land trophy, had to take some time off of work to get it done, went to buckhorn on the 27th, made an afternoon hunt saw some does showing interest in something up the trail out of my sight, jumped something in the area they were looking after dark, hunted the same spot friday morning didnt see anything, moved closer for the afternoon hunt, found a good tree, climbed up to about 35ft at noon, after watching squirrels all day i finally hear something in the palmettoes, i look to see a deer and it does have horns, ended up to be my biggest deer and first racked buck ever, finally something more than a spike, main frame 8pnt plus an extra brow tine, est 180+lbs

Great deer! Even better on public land! I shot a decent 9 point on my place in St Francisville 2 Sundays ago. It made a rub 30 yards from me in the rain. Went to leave and I thought it was a little better than it was. And I had an itchy finger! Tall but not very wide. Was over 200 lbs. Now is the time to be in the woods! I will be back after em this weekend!
