Flounder dinner stuffed with Crab,shrimp, sauté onions & bell pepper all mixed up with a lil mayo and seasoning !

Fillet it and layer stuffing between two fillets.....good stuff no matter how you cook em

I fillet them where they are like a glove,you can pack the stuffing in there and nothing comes out,good stuff.

Just got to Oklahoma today to start my 2 week hitch and I gotta look at that!! There's nothing like some good ole Cajun cookin!! It's great to be Cajun.
