Default Sabine lake guide

Looking to learn the lake now that I have a place just a few minutes from there. Any recommendations?

Both the others mentioned are great fisherman though and you couldn't go wrong with either. For summer time fishing you may be better off going with someone like Robbie thrahan. He is prolly better for fishing in the Pass, jetties, and offshore which is where the more consistent fishing is during the summer. D ickey is more of a lake guy and stays up north if he can.

Go back in the marsh with Capt Chuck Uzzle. Good guy, been on the lake almost as long as colburn. Funny too.

Mutual cancellation. Wasn't worth it with the water conditions so poor. Did take my boat to big lake on Saturday and caught a mess of reds and one flounder on a swimming mullet in chartreuse.

Id like to hire a big lake guide to go there. After fishing sabine they have a lot of places off ICW to fish for reds, bass, flounder and specks. Its a good 45 minute run from Calcasieu Point ive here. One Day I'm going to do this.
