Default Holly Beach weed?

How's the seaweed at Holly beach? Planning on fishing it Saturday. Also, what's the best spot to wade it? I've been once and went all the way to the left (going towards the jetties) to where the signs say no more vehicles. Is there a better spot?

Hmm does it seem to be thinning? It was horrible when I went a few weeks ago. Couldn't even throw artificial it was so bad.

It was terrible this past weekend. Not much was coming in Thursday or Friday. From Saturday afternoon to Sunday morning it had stacked up in a row about three feet thick on Constance.

How's the water color? I'm hearing Galveston is supposed to be awesome this weekend, wonder if it could be got this way too. Still new to reading tide charts/winds, etc. from what I'm gathering tomorrow morning is SE winds which is ideal, right?
