Churn What's on Tonight's Menu

I know some of y'all are getting ready to put out some yummy stuff tonight. What you got? I'm going to bake some fish and saute' some shrimp with butter and herbs. Haven't decided on side dishes yet.

Negative. Sitting on the porch and hoping the liquor is sufficient mosquito repellent.

It ended up more medium than medium rare, but still very juicy and extremely tender.

Dats nice looking bro. There's something about a bone in steak that tastes so much better imo. I love a bone in ribeye. I also love a bone in pork chop or pork steak.

Took a couple of Rib eyes and trimmed them clean, cut in half and pounded them to 1/4". Tonight's menu is Chicken fried steak, fresh snap beans and taters with white gravy and biscuits.

Wild turkey fricasse tonight. I take all the dark meat off the birds I kill and make a nice gravy. Side of potato salad, baby lima beans, and okra and tomatoes
