The best fishing times in Oct. are between Oct. 1st. and Oct. 13th, and again on Oct. 27th thru 31st. Any other times will really suck due to weather. Trust me...

Oct. and Nov. usually are very good. Mild weather.

December can also be very good, but you can have a strong cold front come through and mess up the fishing for a while.

If it is not cold enough for good Deer hunting.....I try to fish during the fall.

Let me start out by saying I was glad to meet Salty. Salty you are a good man and I enjoyed having ya. Yes you did prove that bomber would catch some fishand I am glad you had a good time my friend and fishing buddy for life. Bruce and Fool also I am glad ya made it and enjoyed it even though there wasnt any broke hips Padnah.LOL Im glad we caught some fish but couldnt get that big one. Maybe next time we will go croaker soaking in the channel. Salty you will have to let me fish in the channel more than the lake. Again thanks fellows and I am glad ya enjoyed it
