Default Boga Grips

Ok, we are getting some Boga Grips for my father-in-law for his birthday. My question is should we go with the #15 or #30, 90% of the time he is catching reds with a few trout in between. They also catch big drum off the dock so this will mostly be used on the bigger fish that they catch but I know they would like to weigh some of the bigger trout that they catch on occasion(not often). I'm just wondering if the #30 will work on the trout some what, doesn't have to be perfect, or should we get the #15 but it will bottom out on the bigger fish.

the 15 has smaller increments but if most of the fish will be big I would go with the 30. It will still be accurate on smaller fish

15 measures in 1/4 pound increments and 30 measures in 1/2 pound increments. I rather the 15. It's a little smaller, more accurate, and I don't catch anything bigger than 15 pounds really.
