Default Trout on the pit

Filet as usual and then season with Slap Ya Mama and place in a foil pan. Mix some Cajun Power Garlic Sauce and Lowery's mesquite lime marinade and spoon some on top of each filet. Now sprinkle some dried parsley flakes and green onions on top and finish with sliced purple(red) onion on top. Place on gas or charcoal grill for about 15 to 20 minutes with lid closed. That is so good it will confuse you and make you want to wind the cat and put the clock out the house!

I have a square fish basket that I put some seasoned and marinated fillets in. I use Lud's Sauce for marinating and basting. It tastes great and is seasoned pretty good.
I place the basket on the pit and turn after a few minutes. Nothing better than grilled fish... My wife loves it too.
