Default My Mom's Chicken Stew

I love sharing these recipes with people. My mom made the best chicken stew.

Nice recipe..... Love chicken stew. Especially when it comes from a mom's kitchen.

I always prefer to brown my chicken before adding it to gumbo or stew. It's just the way I like it. To me it adds flavor.
