The Roux (Cooking/BBQ/Recipes) What good is a cajun site without a cooking and recipe forum?

Default Little bit of Grilled Redfish

Decided to leave a redfish on the half shell and grill it. A little italian dressing, some lemon juice, onion powder, garlic powder, and can't forget the butter and Tony's. Wife cooked up some angel hair and herb, pasta roni, along with the garlic and cheddar biscuits like red lobster makes. I think I hurt myself eating.
