I told you I have. I mean it could be them full of rice and trying to quack and it vocals just being restricted. I heard something similar to that(quatic). I don't use It every note I call but just when nothing else even not calling doesn't seem to do the deed. Mearly connected to a feed and like three notes. Just something different. And multiple times they responded. Ill try and find the clip. It's obvious on the vid.

I've heard the bouncing hen but its every now and then like 5 mins or so when it does happen...more like a sittin around being happy type of sound from my experience. I'd be chillen waiting on some birds and you can hear it a few hundred yrds away. Didn't even know it had a name until I seen yall talkin about it on here last season

Have live ducks can confirm. Almost every note has a hiccup on the end if you listen closely. Ducks are very vocal animals and respond accordingly.

I prefer more of a hiccup than a bounce.

I'm right there with you! Going to the lease next weekend to clear some shooting lanes and start planting. Yall can keep dem foul tasting animals....I can already taste some fresh backstrap. Now once the season opens and specks start moving in that's a different story!
