I took a slab of deer ribs outa the freezer rubbed the 3 pieces I had sawed into with Cajun seasoning crystal hot sauce and some Woo sauce put it in a pan tightly sealed with tin foil and let them sit in a 380 degree oven for like 3 hours somewhere around half way I uncovered turned em over and added a lil beer to the slowly drying pan and put them back. They came out fall off the bone tender and with some fresh picked salad greens and the last of our sweet taters they made fine eating. I'da took a picture if I'da knowed this post was there but we ate them fore I saw it.
