Default 8/3/17 - Burns afternoon trip

My brother in law and I decided to hit the marsh after work. It's been at least a few weeks since we have been out. We ran the gamut of weather conditions from hot and sunny to rain to windy overcast. But we found some eager fish to bite. We fished from 3:30 - 7:30 and ended the day with 19 (probably threw back 10-15 smaller ones) and got back home before dark. All were caught on paddle tails, finesse worms and a couple on top water.

Great trip. You still fishing in the front? Thanks for the report.
I'd go back if I knew I could get through the canals in the back. The hyacinth was horrible last time I went.

We are still fishing in the front. The weeds and lilies are pretty high and thick in places but the hyacinth is not bad at all over there.
