if you must do no carb/low carb....an excellent way of sprucing up meals/sandwiches is eating pork rinds....sucks on the fat/oil but if you are cutting carbs then the excess fat/oil be ok. 0 carbs all protein....and sodium...just work out and the sodium will be needed and not chastised
..try canned tuna and pork rinds/skins....not too bad

if i gotta eat breakfast at a fast food joint...i'd eat the oatmeal from mcd's

-if ya make em yourself..then they are fine...fruits, veggies, protein and other nutrients/supplements would be fine...

-smoothies at smoothies king...not what you want for weight loss, unless you are replacing a meal with...even still not..advisable'

-another BIG rule of thumb.....after a work out, your muscles/body need to fuel itself..This is probably the most important time for protein and carb intake. This is when your body is starving for nutrients...Blows my mind when people refuse to eat after working out.

-also note..if ya gonna cheat...best to cheat after a workout...

-if ya gonna carb, do it after workouts.especially your simple carbs(white rice/white bread, white potatoes etc).....this is prime time for your body to burn up those carbs--whether needed or not

-PS rest is also an important factor....your muscles dont grow when you working em out,,,,they grow when ya sleep

-pss SIMPLE CARBS BURN OFF FAST..thus ,best time to eat em is when your body is peak at burning them....

(NOT WHEN YA IN BED)
