Nice! Most of my 'luck' occurs at the pipes on the West Fork. There or between the pipes and the main river. I have never had luck around the docks.

Ive never really fished from the pipes to main river before... couple channel swings south of sam houston and some on houston river. And yes ive never seen the water flowing south so hard before.... Also never seen the river that low either... it was weird. And it was flowing into the marshes at those pipes... didnt make any sense to me

There are a few bends from the last big pipe to the main river. Lot of underwater trees and stumps. If it is low now, I would recommend going back and checking out that area. You may get a good idea about whats usually under the water.

I didnt head that way... i stayed on westfork side... but from what ive heard its very very muddy on that end man.

Yeah....You would have to tun up to Hecker/Topsy area to find clear(ish) water.
