Offshore Trolling Speeds
I have caught dolphin on wahoo lures at that speed, and I pull even faster (11-12mph) if the tuna are busting. Just curious what works for others. |

we run between 7-12 for tuna just depends, a little faster for hoos and mahi.
supposedly you are suppose to pull 22 mph for wahoo. |

Go buy a Williamson trolling lure. It actually has good info in the pamphlet that comes with it. Troll 6-8knots

wahoo, tuna, marlin, mahi, we troll at 8-15 depends on what they want try at 8 and work your way up..

Yeah but sometimes you have to deal with them because the tuna get up tight against the platforms sometimes
