i cut the backside of the rim off flush with the lug nut plate and welded it onto the front side on the fire pit. i did the same on the grill, only didn't weld it back on, i built the grill in the cut off pc and inset it into the main rim. i put outside handles on the grill and a davit on the bowl. the boot ring is a 3/4" pipe bent in a hyd jack bender and welded at the ends. the grill brace on one is 1/2' SS ROUND STOCK AND 1/8" X 1" FLAT BAR on the other. like i said before, still need some grill material. really don't want to have go buy it in a 4 x 8 pc. |

Best fires around come from 18 wheeler rims, no doubt. Perfect vents that are elevated and don't get clogged
