If a train is anywhere near that zip code you will have to wait until it passes. So it feels like they don't see you but in reality they are just waiting for a far away train to pass. |

Most fishing boats can pass under [on the East side] the bridge support structure. When there is a north wind ***** I should have said SOUTH wind] **** and hide tide..... you might not be able to get under the structure.
