Default Another spaghetti squash item...

Mixed up some brown sugar cinnamin spaghetti squash and rolled in cresent rolls...Tried some the other day in speckle trout sauce pincant'e....Today in crawfish stew with balls....Easy to grow , simply cut in half and seed and put in pot with about 2 inch water shell side up 15 minutes and take out and let cool and shread with fork...

Default Another spaghetti squash item...

I've always baked spaghetti squash. Cut it in half and de seed, drizzle inside with olive oil, put flat side down and bake for around 30 min. I really only eat it when the wife makes me though lol
