Default wild pig meat

got a lot of wild pig this year and need more ways to cook it. i've done carne de cerdo, roast with taters and such and made sausage. need some family meal ideas to use all this meat and cut down the grocery bill. or at least offset my hunting bill some. any ideas?

You can use sausage to make meatballs for spaghetti or use the ground pork with italian seasoning for same...Grind for chili....Jambalia pork...Anything you would use pork for...

Mix it with your deer.. saves you a lot of money if you make deer sausage. Make pork sausage - can do fresh and smoked

Grind some and mix with same amount of ground venison. Make hamburgers, slopy-Joes, spaghetti or put it on a homemade pizza.

After your roast browns nicely add a pot of coffee (it sounds nuts but trust me) then add taters, carrots, mushrooms and onion. After it's done you have a fine stew or make pulled pork with the roast and save the veggies for an awesome soup.

Default Fry

Cut into small cutlets, tenderize, and chicken fry. This is the best way in my opinion
