Default V Bay 5-18

Fought the wind Saturday, played at the weir in marsh island and scout fished a bit. Then fished the canals on the north end of the island. ended up with 15 reds, and 6 flounder. Water was better the closer we got to the pass.

anyone else go?

I went today. Fished the north east side of the island. Lots of reds caught, mainly 14-15". East of Bird Island. Water was ok, not great. Bay was a mess and the winds were stronger tha the 10-15 forecasted.

Ride out was not bad, a bit bumpy, bet seas were 1-2. Wind was kicking out of the south to southeast. But back in, my tabs would not move, so with the waves, just had to be careful.
