6-25 After The Storm Trout and Reds

Woke up Saturday morning went to the barber shop and on the way home I said C do you want to go fishing cause I don't want to stay home and naturally that big smile came out and he said yes!! So we called and got a room in Belle Chasse and after supper we were sleeping by 9.Headed to the fishing grounds in Empire and started rather slow,but around 10 this morning the trout went crazy in the surf,C was throwing live shrimp and nailing them,when they stopped there we hit birds in the bays on matrix shad.after that went to the canes and the reds were biting every cast once we found them,what a fabulous weekend with my son!!
