Default Rollover Launch - Bay boat?

Anyone launch a bay boat out of Rollover? I've launched my 18' skiff there a few times last year...curious about a 23' bay boat.

It's kind of sketchy at best. The cement doesn't extend too far into the water.

I've launched my 24' BlueWave out of there several times in the summer months...even at low tide. A low winter time tide may be another story. You can get out into the gulf if you are careful.

Launched a 24' within the last month. Mouth of rollover was maybe around 2 feet in some spots. The main issue will be parking if it is crowded. Navigating truck and long trailer will be real tricky in a full parking lot.
