This is hillary clinton...this is based on a an agreement with other countries...international treaty...this bypasses all legislation. Its amazing how the white house finds a way to ignore the people and find loopholes...this might really happen...

One would hope...but some are so "command oriented" they may follow orders regardless...that being said its ironic that we possibly will have paid for the entity that may take our freedom of owning guns...its all paid for by our TAXES!!!! think about that...

People that own guns, own them for this kind of stuff(mostly). they not just gonna give em up and say thanks for stopping by

passing the bill, sure that may happen. but theyll never take your guns unless you let them. I'd hate to do it, but I'd pop everyone that came to try. I'd tell them I got rid of them first, but if they pushed it to the point of force, I'd take em out in a heart beat.

like I said, they only gonna take them if you let em. and I can promise I'm not gonna let them take mine. Hunting is my life, more than fishing. I have no problem defending the things I love.

The NRA's Institute for Legislative Action has nothing about this on their site and, I can assure you, if it was an imminent threat they would be HOWLING.

I did see this, however:

LOL...Y'all need to look this stuff up. Even though Snopes is run by a couple whacko liberals, it still hits the nail on the head most times:

http://www.snopes.com/politics/guns/untreaty.asp

The more important issue is that gun control is allowed to be enforced by many different jurisdictions (federal, state, municipal), which is why some liberal whacko areas have made owning guns illegal, including San Francisco, Chicago, D.C., and others, even though the will of the people in the larger area (state, country) do not agree. Luckily, the Supreme Court shot that down earlier this year, but notice that the decision was along party lines (5-4). Democrats don't believe you should be able to won a gun, even though it is clearly stated in the Constitution. All it takes is one Republican SC judge stepping down and being replaced by a Democrat, and your rights will likely be trounced.
