healthy is a broad category.... do you mean low fat, low carb, avoiding certain types of meats?

I had my gallbladder removed a little over a year ago. During that time I lost about 15lbs....I haven't changed any eating habits and have not gained any of it back since the surgery. Not sure if this is normal or not??
