Default Grand Isle - 7/1/11

Today we had three boats out, we fished with Daryl Carpenter of Reel Screamers (225) 937-6288 guide service, we had another boat with Kenny Heikamp (985) 817-0117 with Bent Rod Offshore Fishing. Our other boat is on their way in and I understand that they have a limit of Snapper but I am not sure what else.

Our boat finished with a 4 man limit of Snapper and 15 Mangrove's. Kenny Heikamp's boat finished with a 4 man limit of Snapper and a 4 man limit of Mangrove.

All of our fish were caught near the Grand Isle block anywhere from 10 to 25 miles offshore. Seas were 1-2 and we used mostly dead squid and pogies. We left some of the fish in one of the wheel barrels.
