Default Exhausted

Got back onshore from work wed morning and headed back offshore to fish.
Hit up green canyon. Took a while. But rode out the tropical wave to find slick seas and a phenomenal yellowfin bite.
Got our 15 using chum and circle hooks headed in an picked up our snapper and some mahi

Cleaned them thurs night til midnight woke up at 8 to go on a snapper fish trip.
Loaded the boat with nothing less than 8 pounders.
Got back to the marina to find out my buddy had a trip booked he wasn't aware off. So I deckhanded for him
We caught 57 mangrove (3 shy of our limit) 12 10-14 pound red snapper and a cobia.

Hitting the sack because at 5 am. We are headed back south the green canyon to catch more yellowfin.

Pictures to come

Tough fishing today.
Covered 250 miles. 4 floaters didn't even mark the first tuna on the sounder. And neither did the other 8 boats we saw.

Of the 9 boats at green canyon today no one caught a tuna.
We did find a nice rip and caught some wahoo and mahi along with rainbow runners. And of course we caught our limit of big snapper.

But nothing beats a day of fishing in the great gulf of Mexico.

Pics to come

You are correct Sir!

Now show us the pics, Please. I don't like to beg but I haven't been out since we went tuna fishing with Capt Josh on February 19th.
