Default First Fall BBQ

Folks been talking bout country style ribs a lot lately. so I decided to take a pack to and show some thing to do with them. I set em on the pit and had us a Sunday afternoon BBQ here are all the pictures and stuff:http://cappyandpegody.blogspot.com/2...repeating.html

The bsting sauce ws left over marinade we added some wine butter and a lil water to it and heated it on the stove to marry makes a killer basting sauce not a bbq sauce though. we didn't use any on the country style but usually do on the spare ribs

Nothing like that thin blue smoke on the first cool snap of the year. Great memories of my family at the camp growing up with my grandpa smoking while we were hunting.
