I shoot a Matthews Heli M and love it. Shoot a bunch of bows until you find the one you're most comfortable with.

They are a small company that makes a great bow. Only problem is who knows where they will be in a few years. So if you have warranty issues you could be stuck with a large paper weight. It is a speed bow first and foremost. So if that's your thing than they are currently one of the best. If you are looking to just hunt with it then there really is no need for the speed as they are less forgiving(accurate) for novice hunters. Go to archerytalk.com and do a search. That site is the end all be all for all things archery. Their classifieds are the best place to buy a like new bow at a steep discount. It's crazy how many people buy a new bow every year or just to try.

I shoot a 2012 Hunter. Pretty hard to beat an elite warranty and the customer service is unbelievable.
