Just started! Pork and sausage the whole family wanted me to cook this! I hate when they put me on the spot!

Hey man, dat looks good! I've been cooking pork & sausage jams for a long time. The last couple of years, when I cook one, I ad a few lbs of boneless skinless chicken thighs. The chicken fat seems to bring the flavor up another notch IMHO.

And yes we need to pick a spot for a get together and just cook and trade fishing lies....I mean stories

It came out pretty good fed 40 people and two take home trays for lunch during the week sorry no finally pick had to many blue pops and still going strong except the skitoes or gettting hungry y'all have a good night

I always put chicken. My dads family makes shrimp and salt meat jambalaya with some tomatos in it..... I like it that way as well.
