Thumbs up To All on Big Lake

Well Guys & Gals my job here is over today! Been here since Sept. Got to go back to the real world. Just wanted to say THANKS! I learned alot about this lake through yalls help & many hours spent on the water. Met alot of good people here. Yall have something to be proud of. This place probably has the finest quality trout in La. Tons of big trout & I spent 2 years in Venice. Going to fish tournament tomorrow then rolling to Baton Rouge.
THANKS FOOL FOR THE BASS TOURNAMENTS, ENJOYED IT!
BUT I WILL BE BACK! THANKS AGAIN!
Got word a couple weeks ago that I may be headed to Lake Bornge & Pontchatrain area. Chris E & Hopedale Hustler I may be headed yalls way! I HOPE!
Wanted to add these pictures. This was late February 3 days in a row all on topwater! AWESOME!

I know there's really good fish there, but I've had plenty trips with 10 here that would equal trips I had with 25 there!

At mid afternoon yesterday the water at Heberts had only gone down a few inches from what it was early that morning.

Very little tide movement all day.

Hey, W.....I caught a solid 25.5" trout yesterday......would that place high tomorrow?

You'll like it on the east side too! I came here over 5 years ago for a 4 week job...It's been a long 4 weeks! LOL

I had a friend tell me when I first came to the area that if I had been here for a week and hadn't made a friend, that there was something wrong with me! LOL He passed away a few years back but, what he said stuck with me! The people here are great! Where around BR are you gonna be?
