The Egg is a great way to cook almost anything. Very versatile. I love both mine, an XL & an L. These make you look good, even if you're a beginner. That turkey looks great.

Thanks... I gave my old smoker away, been cooking on the egg for a couple of weeks now ... Amazing !

Best thing is how well it regulates the heat regardless of wind conditions Hard to describe till you cook on one .

Looks good Hydro. Got my large for Christmas, cook on it 3-4 times a week. You need to try the recipe on the BGE web page called Garfunkel chicken, best ever. Pizza on the egg is pretty awesome as well.
