Our bucks have averaged 215 pounds whole weight and the doe's average 138 pounds the past 3 seasons. Stands provided and we have food plots as well as corn feeders. Camper hookups on site with water, electricity, and sewer. Call 318-341-7804 for more info. No emails please.

I looked on there and couldn't find this ad. I put my own ad in advertising his scam. Hopefully he will get exposed and not take anyone else's money.

Unbelievable that this guy still gets away with this. I guess people get so desperate for hunting leases. Trust me the Osbornes do not have the highest level of intelligence.

What's the scam? There's no lease? Or no deer? Give a little more info

I got in on this last season. I was able to get a "deal" compared to what the others were paying. Basically they don't have the land they claim and don't have the deer they claim. Apparently I was one of the lucky ones and at least saw deer, but nothing that fell within the guidelines to shoot.

I called an attorney to see what I could do, and it was not worth the cost to fight it.

It is a scam, but it's always a crap shoot when joining a new lease, unless you have inside info.

This place seems to come up all the time on outdoor sites. I bet a quick search for that club name would reveal all you needed to know.

DB is right on with the biologist though. CRP is an NRCS program, and I gaurantee you they don't have time to make a trip every wednesday to that property. There are only a few biologists in the state that deal with CRP, and I know them. They don't have that kind of time to go ride around to every CRP or WRP in the state each week.

I would have asked for the name of the biologist and a phone number. Should have had no problem handing that over.
