I've never known any partnerships where a partner can "do what he pleases". Whether it's a business or owning property without approval of other partners.

What a joke! As he mentioned the other owners are elderly. As they pass away the ownership will be further divided, then divided, and so on. Any ownership in this is worthless! Good luck dude. Try giving it away.

So that does give you control over if it is sold or not.
So basically if I build a blind start killing birds and show up with customers one morning there could be someone sitting in my blind? What is this a private WMA?

You could just go sit in the other 327 blinds though, much better than a WMA
