Default New Sport Trail

I want to take a minute to give Kevin over at Sport Trail trailers a shout-out for taking care of me with a new custom trailer for my BlackJack. Kevin is awesome to deal with and he does superior work. Also a big thanks to RK3 here on the site for getting me in touch with Kevin.

I have it up for sale right now. Kyle has it at Lake Area Marine . Give him a shout if you're interested and want to see it (337) 433-7019. I only used my magic tilt for a couple months and it is practically brand new. Mag wheels, mag spare, torsion axles, near mint condition.

And btw I don't know why there is a beer glass at the top of this post....lol

Nothing. The Magic Tilt is a nice trailer. I liked the looks and functionality of the Sport Trail better once I saw it, so I decided to get one. The fit for the BlackJack hull on the Sport Trail is about as good as it gets. Kevin, the owner of Sport Trail, owned a BlackJack himself, so he designed a very well thought out trailer for the hull with some custom touches. Also, nearly every joint on the trailer is welded. Even the winch post is completely welded. There are very few bolts and brackets used. The aluminum is treated with Shark Hide for a protective coating and it also keeps the aluminum looking nice for a long time. It's a really solid trailer.

I'm not sure exactly what the material is called, but it is a non-skid surface meant to be stepped on.

Here are a couple more pics from the factory. I believe this is actually RK3's BJ trailer but mine is identical.

Best looking trailer I ever seen....the attention to detail is perfect. Never heard of them till now. If I ever get a new boat that's the trailer it will have.

Damn,,,,that is nice. I have a BJ, its a 2012 and my majic trail is tearing up the bow from loading an unloading....The 2x6's are cutting into the gel coat. The vee in the bow is so sharp it rides in between. I can see how he fixes this with the extra boards in the center.

When I ordered my BlackJack I was given a choice between the Magic Tilt and the Sport Trail and the Sport Trail was a little more but so worth it. I love my Sport Tail and Kevin is a good guy to deal with. Looks like he made a few changes to them since I got mine and they look good.
