I thought I was the only one to put onions in my cook cabbage . Nobody else I know does it and I find it adds a sort of mild sweetness to it.....I have to disagree on the river theory since my family and my wife's grew up less than a mile away from it in st.John and St. Charles and there was plenty rice in the boudin . Maybe we was just po folk.....

Seems almost all your posts require redirecting to your blog. Food looks good though.

It is so much easier to post several pictures and videos and such on the blog once than it is to load them on the forums and face book groups I belong to. Not only that the pictures and videos are high deff and most forums require smaller files. By loading stuff on the blog I can tell a story post lots of pictures and videos and have fun not just a pic and done. If one click is too much trouble for ya I am very sorry. Try loading the same 10 pictures to 20 or so places.

Thanks yall it is really simple and we do it often in the fall cause tis sausage and cabbage season. Thanks for being understanding as well. I love telling stories and adding videos and pictures when I cook or do most anything. Sharing is great fun and sometimes I feel good knowing I made some one learn something or made them smile. Our blog allows me to do that and Makes it easy.

I see where you coming from, my only problem is your blog is blocked on my work PC so I have to look at it on my phone.
