Pass up the turn to the concrete weir heading south to the first cut on the right. Go down about 1/2 a mile or less and that's the weir,right?

Yep that's correct. That cement weir us "the cement weir" lsu is 100% no doubt the next right and you will run into it. Which is holding reds and crabs right now

AND..........
If you make the "east" turn to go to the Cement wier..... and keep going farther east, you will get to the Ant Hill wier on a cut to the south. Then go a little farther and if you take the cut to the north, you will come to the MUD hole wier. |

That canal going to "LSU" weir gets pretty narrow at low tide if it's the right canal how deep is that thing it was super shallow that day
