Late post but i wanted to share! Last saturday i was coaching my son's footbal game in lake authur. I looked up and saw 5 specks flying over the field. Then on the way home between lake authur and jennings i saw another 30 flying! Anyone else have any sightings?

I saw several big flocks Sunday morning. I'm thinking they should be all over by the opener. SO GLAD they pushed it back a week, what a saving grace

Specks on the ground in Gueydan. I've seen two groups of 20-30 flying over my house in Vidrine.

I saw a flock of about 20 while grassing blinds on Sunday in Vinton. We typically don't see many geese there and when we do they are very high. These were low enough to actually blow a call at. Guess they were lost.

Buddy that guides in Lake Arthur had a huge body try to land in their marsh. Never seen a group that size try to land in the marsh.
None yet north of creole
