Default Deuce Rods:

I would like to know if anybody out there has used those Deuce rods and are they really all they say they are. What is it you like about them and what you don't like. Thanks for any input.

Only dislike is I use braid and tie on a flouro leader with a uni to uni knot. The knot has to be clean and small or the knot will catch in the micro guides.

Besides that they are great rods with superior casting.

I have about 12 of them that I never use and even a couple still in the plastic. Best rods I've ever used by far but just never have time to go fishing anymore. I might sell a few of them soon if anybody is looking for a few more.

I also tie on a flouro leader using fire line. I would be interested in buying a couple from you.

They are decent rods. Nothing special. The spiral guides offer little if any advantages. I guess it looks cool. The micro guides are a hassle if you use a leader.

I just bought my first and I have thoroughly enjoyed it. I like it much more than my St croix.
