Default Sold out of couple things for the moment!!

I just wanted to post a little Thank You to all you guys and gals from Salty Cajun that have posted about my lures and purchased them.

I am currently sold out of Red Alert Inline Spinners!! I make about 200 a week, but you guys have told your friends and spread the word to the point that I am struggling to keep up!!

I am down to 175 popping corks. I just started making the new batch and noticed I ran out of brass weights...they are way to expensive to buy again so I am looking for an alternative...

I know I sent out at least 50 sample packages and I wish I could keep that up, but I just cant afford that LOL I am sure you guys understand.

I was out of work for 7 weeks and just got back to my regular job, so I am not home making lures daily. If you have an order that is late a few days, email me and let me know and please be patient...I will get them out to you.

I will be home Wednesday, I will rest one day and get back to making lures, but then on 6/6 Marty_F and I will be hittng the water to fish and test a couple new lures I am working on!!!

Thanks again for your kind words and for spreading the word about my lures...I sincerely hope all of you that ordered or got samples from me catch fish on everything I make...

God Bless

Just got a text from my son. He's picking up a few trout as we speak under your popping corks. I bought a couple for him. Said he loves them.

BTW, I don't see why lead would not work in place of the brass. Great tackle you're turning out.

I agree. If you're building a reputation of making high quality tackle, going to lower quality stuff is a step in the wrong direction.

I agree also gents, I used lead for years. I got the brass in a trade for some other components I don't use...I never realized they cost so much. I am looking for a source for brass weights or may upgrade to tungsten if the cost it going to be similar.

If anyone knows of a source I would be happy to compare their prices.

I thank all of you for your input.

I will check my stuff and PM you some info. I just made an order for parts and can give you numbers to compare. Tungsten would be high in my mind and probably overkill. The brass looks nice and holds up better than needed.

I received my box of corks and lures today. All I can say is wow! Keith makes quality products. These lures will stand up to the biggest and baddest redfish. The corks make more racket then my wife. They should work as advertised to pull in fish from other bays. I plan on trying the triple threat this weekend on some marsh bass and the inline spinner will pounded on the shoreline of Lake P in search of slot reds. Keep up the great work I look forward to placing another order soon!

Default Popping Corks

I finally got to make a trip where I could use the corks that you sent me to try out. Good stuff! I will be getting more from you. I caught several nice specks with one them a red fish broke my line and I lost it! I quickly tied on another and it happened again! Bam! We saw one cork resurface and I retrieved it about an hour later. it had been hit by other fish like a top water bait.

I like the sound and the flex. Will you be making an egg shaped cork also?

I have about 100 old stock orange 2 1/4" oval corks that I can make.

I am glad you had success. I am waiting on a large order of components to get some more stuff made.

I will post up when I get the oval corks made.
