Bounce Opened the camp

I opened the camp on March 31st and had a few friends over for a turkey fry, some wheelin, and shootin. We are ready for fishing season, the fall hunting season, some great meals, great friendships, and some good ole fashioned stories with the camp all cleaned up and ready for action. A fun filled weekend for everyone including the kids of a buddy of mine who did some shootin for the first time .

Did you find the post of both deer? Believe me, these are not typical Nova Scotia bucks...I will post some pics later to show you what most hunters see during the deer (whitetails is all we have, no mule deer here) season.

Cheers and safe hunting

Hey snorkler....nope, the camp is used for my Black Bear guiding business in the fall for 3 weeks and the rest of the time it is used to have new and old friends, and family come over for a good time. We have great meals, tell great stories, have great scenery, exploring on our side by sides/ATV's and local music talent with some great shine. If you ever get up to this neck of the woods, stop by and you'll see what I mean.

I'm sure a few tall tales are told and the beer stays cold also?

Hee hee...a few tall tales and normally the beer stays cold as once it's open, it doesn't last long enough to get warm
